The site is free to use. Please don’t try to break it, get around its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk or use its forms to send spam.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You sign in with your Steam account, so keeping that account safe is up to you and Steam. You can delete your account here at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, cheats or abuses the site or other players.

BUYING THE GAME

Hold the Swarm is sold through Steam. Purchases, refunds and your game licence are covered by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam’s refund policy, not by these terms. Prices on this site come from Steam.

OUR CONTENT

The game, its art, screenshots, video, music, text and logos belong to Refactr ApS. You may share links, screenshots and clips of the game.

Press and creators may use the material from our press kit to write about, review or show the game, as long as the logos are used as the usage rules describe and nothing suggests we endorse something we don’t.

TRADEMARKS

Hold the Swarm and its logo belong to Refactr ApS.

Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. This site is not made or endorsed by Valve.

Discord, YouTube, X, Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram and Reddit and their logos belong to their owners; we only use them to link to our pages there.

We link to Steam, Discord and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it comes as it is: features, dates and details about the game can change while it is in development, and the site may be down now and then.
